Universal Clamp System

The patent-pending clamping mechanism accepts any bottle with a neck diameter of 17–55 mm (0.67–2.15 in), eliminating the need for format-specific holders. Compatible with both glass and plastic vessels.

8-point grip design

Nitrile rubber plates distribute pressure evenly across all contact points, maintaining a secure hold under continuous motion and wet laboratory conditions.

Universal compatibility

Fits any bottle or flask with a neck from 17 to 55 mm in diameter. One clamp system replaces an entire drawer of format-specific holders.

Glass and plastic vessels

The rubber-padded grip is safe for both glass and plastic laboratory ware without marking or stressing the vessel neck.

Precision-adjusted clamping

Threaded rod adjustment allows fine-tuned clamping force for different vessel sizes and wall thicknesses.

Built for real lab conditions

Multi-axis (3D) motion

More dynamic mixing than traditional orbital shakers. True three-dimensional movement improves sample homogeneity for demanding protocols.

Adjustable RPM & direction

Full control over rotation speed and direction to match any protocol requirement precisely.

Adjustable amplitude

Manual control of shaking intensity — from gentle mixing to aggressive agitation depending on your application.

Timed + continuous modes

30-minute default timer with continuous mode for hands-free walk-away workflow integration.

Efficient & quiet

12V DC at ~10W consumption. 60–70 dB noise level keeps your lab environment workable.

Direct-from-developer

Customization requests and technical discussions welcome. Not a commodity product — a precision instrument.

Two ways to control your shake

Electronic controls handle your day-to-day protocol adjustments. Z-axis amplitude is set once mechanically — giving you a locked, drift-free setting for the entire run.

Electronic Controls

ESP32 · Adjusted via buttons
RPM Adjustable speed — dial in the rotation rate your protocol requires
Direction Clockwise or counter-clockwise, switchable at any time
Run time Timed mode (~30 min default) or continuous — walk away and let it run

Z-Axis Amplitude

Mechanical · One-time pre-run setup
Range 0 to 80 mm of vertical travel along the Z axis
Setup time ~5–10 minutes using standard tools, set once before your protocol
Recommended 5–80 mm for active mixing; below 5 mm produces vibration only

Common questions

What flask sizes and types does it support?

The universal clamp system accepts any bottle or flask with a neck diameter of 17–55 mm (0.67–2.15 in). Both glass and plastic vessels are supported. This covers the vast majority of standard laboratory flasks — Erlenmeyer, round-bottom, culture bottles, and more.

How many flasks can it hold at once?

Up to 10 flasks simultaneously, depending on size and configuration. The platform accommodates a range of vessel formats without format-specific holders.

Can I adjust the shaking amplitude?

Yes. Z-axis amplitude is set mechanically before your run — adjustable from 0 to 80 mm of vertical travel. For active mixing, 5–80 mm is recommended. This is a one-time pre-run setup using standard tools, taking approximately 5–10 minutes.

Does it have a timer?

Yes — a timed mode with a ~30-minute default allows hands-free walk-away operation. Continuous mode is also available for longer runs. Both are controlled via front-panel buttons; no app or Bluetooth is required.

How loud is it?

Noise level is 60–70 dB at operating speed — comparable to a normal conversation. It is suitable for shared lab environments.

Is customization or licensing available?

Yes. As a direct-from-developer instrument, customization requests, technical discussions, and licensing inquiries are all welcome. Contact the developer directly.
